Refund / Return Policy

A Return Merchandise Authorization Number is required for all returns.  No returns will be accepted without one!

Order discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of receiving product.

A restocking fee of $35 or 15%, which ever is greater, will be assessed on all non-D.O.A. items returned.

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it as, in the original packaging.

Proof of purchase or receipt is required and should be included in the return.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify that we received your return.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If approved, your refund will be processed within 2 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company.  It may take some time to process before your refund is posted.  Next contact your bank.  There is often processing time before a refund posts.  If after all of this and you still have not received your refund as of yet, please contact This email address is being protected from spambots. Sale Items:
Only regular priced items will be refunded.  Sale items WILL NOT be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable):
We will only replace defective or damaged items.  If you need to exchange an item, please contact info@503guns for further instruction.

Return Shipping:
You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless agreed upon in advance.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if not already paid.
 
Tracking:
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a tracking shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We won't guarantee that we received your returned item.
 

 
Contact us about returns. We will work with you about ANYTHING REASONABLE. You will be responsible for shipping both ways if required.

If you are negligent, careless, or just plain stupidity was involved on your part, please don't waste our time. We are reasonable people and want you to be happy with your purchase, just don't think you are going to game the system and take advantage of us. It won't be tolerated and you will get a less than welcoming response from us. Unfortunately some people suck in this litigious society and it had to be said!

With that being said ... If we can be of service or need to make it right due to shipping damage, manufacturer defect, incorrect item, or other reasonable issues please contact as soon as you are aware of the issue so we can make it right!
